Morgan devotes herself to helping clients navigate a variety of family law matters, including: divorce; dissolution; child custody disputes; post-decree disputes involving child and spousal support; and, issues concerning complex marital estates. As a member of the firm’s Appellate Team, Morgan uses her writing skills to collaborate in the drafting of appellate briefs on behalf of Skirbunt & Skirbunt LLC clients.
Morgan has been with Skirbunt & Skirbunt LLC since 2017, when she joined as a clerk while still in law school. Morgan graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University where she double majored in strategic communication and political science. She then graduated from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she received the prestigious Robert I. Zashin Family Law Achievement Prize, which recognizes students “who demonstrate outstanding performance in advanced domestic relations or in the field of family law.” Morgan also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Family Law. While in law school, Morgan also served as an editor of both the Case Western Reserve Law Review and the Canada-United States Law Journal.
Morgan proudly participates in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 3R’s: Rights, Responsibilities, and Realities program, which connects the Cleveland legal community with high school students in Cleveland and East Cleveland schools to help improve the students’ understanding of their constitutional rights and to help them reach their career goals.
